Janice Vitkovsky glass sculptures are living and fluid, changing according to how the work is viewed. The pattern, which travels all the way through the glass, creates a moire affect, thus transforming the viewer’s interaction with the work.

A panel of judges selected the winners: Steven Pozel (Director, Object), Libby Sellers (Curator, Design Musuem, London), Patrick Greene (CEO, Museum Victoria), David Clark (Editor, Vogue Living), Catarina Vignando (General Manager, Craft Australia) and Anne Watson (Curator, Decorative Arts and Design, Powerhouse Museum).
